What about those 20 minute cat naps that are supposed to do so much good? I do that most mornings, wake up, check the alarm and then drose off for a little longer. It seems like even if I have a couple hours before the alarm will go off, I'm waking up every 15-20 minutes. But I do feel more rested than if I just get up the first time I wake.
