if enough people read this post, the-loanlady,

you're gonna get sued.  Defamation resulting in loss of business.  I hope you took pictures.

Seriously, good post.  Now which Prince Group owns the Mauna Kea?  The Revolution or the New Power Generation?  And when did they go into real estate?  Ain't that little purple-pantsed bastard rich enough?

Passionflower STOCK TIPS, this I can do! Buy: BHI (Baker Hughes buy at $45.9 should go to 52.9) HAL ( Haliburton buy at $42 should go to $50) and  Slumberger all oil service we are going to see oil prices go crazy this summer.  Sell housing and retail stocks. Some Financial services like FMT or FMTPR would be a  good buy at $25 now and NFB at $29 both subprime lenders will do well in economic downturn this next seven months.  QCOM at $36 with the shake up there yesterday is a nice buy. I also like luxury stocks- TIF tiffany and Louis Vuitton because those Japanese are going to have money.  and throw in some subpennies: THK formerly CGIH i love this little engine; AAC,  LVEL or even LevelT

My 13 year old still likes HOTT and  AAPL and she is 100% right on her picks. ( she's the consumer extordinaire)

Tell me what you have and I will tell you what I think you should juggle

Oh I'd write them such a rant and send copies to the local papers .That was disgusting. What about complaints to the tourist bureau?

The big hotel is over confident. Its often the case that big corporations give shabby treatment to customers.

Voyager the Hilton was at 100% occupancy they rented every room no matter of ready condition. In the H's defense I did see other rooms ( via buddies all there for same work event) and they have nice suites with new carpet.  I love to travel and have stayed in third world hotels that were superior.

You're sure this was the Hilton?? Amazing what you describe there. I once had the choice between the Hilton and the Sheraton, and now I'm glad I took the latter! See ya!

gypsyredhead I do blame them for my cold. Maybe I'll blow my nose in a green tissue and mail it to the CEO. Germ warfare.

Scriber I'm very fortunate in the stock market and my big tip is buy what you know is good quality- the Hilton franchise even if they keep opening new hotels is missing the mark and a failing breed. Property and employees are everything in Hotels and Hilton is missing on both.

DarrkeThoughts I can recommend the Mauna Kea  and  what used to be the Ritz now the Orchid on the Big Island or if you want to condo it there are great deals at the Outriggger and just rent a car to go to the volcano and Hilo and and. The other islands I got tips too

LoanLady...
Nothing like a huge caring corporation to make sure their guests are happy huh?! I'm glad you found a better place to stay. You should have taken pictures of the mold and sued for getting sick!
