That is a very good thing to do. I always tell my wife I love her. We are much bigger than any problem we may have. It is important to say I love her when we are having problems.

Katie and I always say "I love you," no matter how much of a fight we've had or how angry we are at each other at that point. I guess it's our reassurance to each other that underneath the superficial layer of being angry or frustrated lies a much stronger layer.
