It seems here Kingmi, that both parties have a sincere point to defend there. This is new information to me! I heard an interview on Belgian radio about 9 hours ago which stated it was a clear murder attack. I guess some journalists aren't sure what they are telling anymore. I'll be following this further as the story goes along, because I'm sure the promised investigation will lead to clearing this up And I can defend the US policy to never pay ransom money, I thought far more countries did this too! I'm surprised here.
