Welcome, Eeek!

What I have to wonder is how legit the credentials of other reports are. I doubt he's the only one with questionable credentials; have any of the others been checked, and why isn't the news media raising the issue?

How did Gannon get into the White House in the first place?
Getting into the White House Press Corps is a prestigious job, something that journalists at the peak of their careers with many years of experience compete for. Gannon had no journalistic background at all. He did not QUALIFY for a permanent pass because of his lack of experience and because he was not associated with a legitimate publication, and for those reasons he was turned down when he applied. Instead, he got a temporary day pass, meant for visitors -- but he was "temporarily" allowed into the White House almost every single day for YEARS. Why? Who authorized that? For what reason? Did anyone do a background check for security reasons before allowing him to get so close to the President? If they did a background check, did they find out he was a prostitute who posted close-up pictures on the internet of himself pissing? Is there any reason a prostitute with no journalistic background should be allowed into the prestigious White House Press Corps, taking the place of better qualified applicants who are REAL journalists?
