It should be, if you test positive
one time, like the umpire says, "Your out here." Why give them even a scond chance for treatment, it is not an addictive drug that requires psychological treatment. It is a preformance enhancing drug that gives the person over the players who play by the rules. Maybe if the players were shown that there was going tro be no tolleration of the steroids then they would quit using thme for fear of losing their careers and big pay checks. Of course that would lessen the thrill of the game with all these home run records that should be taken off the books if the player was found to be using steroids. Which would probably lower attendance and that takes money out of the owners pockets and they're going to raise hell about that. Good post.
