I guess Glenn that a lot of capabilities AND incapabilities have a great deal to do with the team built around the president as well. Their information needs to be highly justified, correct and efficient I should say, in order to help a president with certain decisions and forming opinions. Would that be right? Voyager9940

Glennb personally I don't see the different agencies like
the CIA,FBI, Homeland Security, Border Patrol, Immigration and others sharing information, too much pride. It is the same in most states, the local cops don't talk to the deputies and the state police think they are better then the others so information many times does not gets passed on
