I think there is in each of us a watcher, a witness who sees without making judgement as much as it is able of what goes on around us and inside of us. The closer we bring our concious awareness to that state of being, the more we can see our personality for what it really is. Personality is a construction that is supposed to help us, like a filter to keep out what we don't want. But personality can turn into a guard that takes away our freedom in the name of a security which it is not able to provide.

The mind is a great thing to explore, I often slaunter its frontiers but avoid to cross them as much as I can. Mostly in life, I adapt and improvise on the good and the bad things swinged towards me! See you soon!
