- Go to LIFE ON MARS?
empty hand
When the rover on Mars first sent back pictures as it went among the rocks, I wondered what the reaction on Earth would have been if it had tipped over a stone and there was writing on the back. Heiroglyphics would have been mystical, Hebrew historical, French unimaginable, and Batteries Not Included hysterical.

Mars
I believe life did evolve on Mars at some point. It would make sense to me. Although it would through much of the creation ideas out the window. Should be interesting to see what happens if there is proof of life on Mars. Will the big religions deny this and try to claim it to be just more made up nonsense? It will be something to hear what is produce to discredit any proof of life on Mars.

Painter -
While I don't know if there is life on Mars, I firmly believe that we cannot be alone in the universe. The implications of such a thing would depend, I guess, on whether or not the life that is discovered is intelligent or not.
