I lost my brother 2 years ago in May in a plane crash, so I was struck with your poem...

My Brother's Poem (possible edit)

To Wakely, From Her Daddy

looking down from the clouds,

safely home in Heaven.

My little girl, please don’t cry

know that in the beginning

my world was dark,

in sorrow, without purpose,

you  brought hope into my life

like a beacon of light

My perfect creation, my princess

I was born to be your father,

born to teach you love and happiness

never faltering  but hoping

you would carry my gift

in your heart for eternity

knowing that although

my time on Earth was short

I have not abandoned you,

nor will I ever

you are a part of me,

the best part of me

for there was never a father

who loved his daughter more

or who was as blessed as me

Mia--Beautiful. She was lucky to have him as a father and lucky to have
you as an aunt...
