Sounds like a fun place
There are still some people that have a little courtesy, but it seems sometimes like there are fewer and fewer and fewer. Fun post it gives me an ideas for what I want to have done when I die. After all they stuffed Trigger.

Great customer service.
I work at a retail establishment I call "Scars" If you can figure it out, go ahead. I know what type of places you are talking about. I've had days like that myself. Brava on keeping your wits about you and I would have jumped for joy and patted the woman on the back, but that's me.
