Excellent article my friend, thank you for bringing this to light. It deeply saddens me at just how much shit goes on in this corporate world, where it seems that if you have enough money you can get away with anything. *sigh*

He should have left out the loaded reference to Hitler, which is an example so overused that it has become virtually trite, a disservice to his many victims just as is the superfluous and shallow references to 9-11, but otherwise this article is excellent.  He is absolutely right.  Ralph Nader calls this kind of thing "tort DE-form".  There are unscrupulous lawyers who will gladly file frivolous lawsuits, but these measures are deliberately designed to protect big companies from legitimate lawsuits.  Since this will cause the death of innocent people, and the crafters of this tort reform bill know that, it is murder.
