What's wrong with gay penguins remaining gay?
Uh...you're quoting a conservative blogger.
a) According to an ITV British TV news story and much, much research -- there are many instances of homosexuality in the animal kingdom. Your God, and my God, makes them that way. Note this quote:
But zoo director Kueck does not have high hopes: "If those animals actually are homosexual, which is proven to happen in the animal world, the Swedish ladies will have been flown in in vain," he said.
b) Why shouldn't gay groups complain?! First conservatives go after gay penguins, next they'll will go after gay people. Oh, yeah, I forgot, right-wingers already go after gay people. They claim that being gay is a choice. They put gay people into shock therapy and other ways to fix 'em! But y'know, medical institutions have already come to a conclusion on this. Being gay aint a choice. It is hereditary. It's what gay people are born with. The way your, and my, God made us. And BTW as this BBC story on ABC explains. The "gay" penguins had no interest in the females. Shock and horror.
Director Heike Kück said they wanted to see if the birds were really gay, or just lacking in opportunities....The zoo now says its penguins have shown no interest in the new arrivals.
