the idea is comparative
put them all up together to see which is most valid. If we don't have some class like this, we will have an unending debate between evolution vs. creationism.

No old man
Not unless you can figure out a science for creation. If all God did was say 'Let There Be Life' and man appeared, there is no science to it at all. God itslef is beyond science and therefore if there is a God, it can not be taught as science. Nothing God did in the Bible was scientific and therefore can not logically be taiught along side anything that has scientific merit to it.
