Thanks for the commnet offbeatpub!
I would like to see some good politics in our country from both big parties. I think we could get a lot more done if both sides could get together a little more. People like Dean will not help that.

You have Dean pegged... he is just what the GOP ordered. The Dem's need to seriously rethink their party and basically start from scratch. While the party is viewed as the party of Dean and of Michael the Moron Moore, the untruths of the Dan Rathers, they are just a big ole mess..

Thanks for the comment darke!
I used to be a big liberal and Democrat, but as I have gotten older I have changed my ways of thinking. I think Howard Dean can't deliver all the media tells us he can. I think the Democrats know this. He could not have possibly gotten that many new people to join the party or he would have done much better in the primaries. So I think he will be a big negative for the Democrats.

Time will tell, at least he has a personality...and hopefully we'll be able to tell the difference between a democrat and a republican by this time 4 years from now.  JFK-2 was hard to get excited about, hard to see how he would be any different from Bush really.

Out here it was the governer's race that was really interesting.  Gov. Huntsman is a republican I would consider putting into the white house...and that's saying a lot.  It's only the second time in my life I've ever voted for a republican - and the other one ended up in a worse sex scandal than Clinton!
