Sounds like the UK
Often you guys can be way ahead of us - but sounds like there is a similar problem over there with quality. I often find magazines like NewConsumer useful to find out about false organic claims and new products. Sounds like your farmers market is good though.

I enjoy going to the "farmers market" most every Saturday in my city. Local farms come with their pickups and bobcat trucks of a good selection of organic produce. Here in the US organic produce in the market mostly looks tired or if you go to a very fancy store is very costly and I wonder if it's really organic.
