Thanks for reading, scoop! You have a good point. Not all Democrats are liberals, and I thank God for the likes of Senators Leiberman and Miller. Nor are all Republicans conservatives; Ohio is cursed with a leftward-leaning Republican governor who has just about run the state into the ground financially. The true contrast is the modern liberalism versus conservatism. I don't have much issue with the classic liberalism of FDR and others of like mind, but modern liberalism has got a freight train load of problems.

Yes and if I remember right the republicans opposed his idea
it is politics as usual.
Let me ask you this?
Why is it always liberals versus republicans? Why not Democrats versus Republicans? You don't hear Democrats versus conservatives. This liberal term is thrown around to much, not every democrat is a "liberal" but then again when Sean Hannity is your hero what else can I expect?
