Angel Food Cups...
are little desert cups made from angel food cake. I buy min at the local bread store because they are cheaper there than at the grocer. The thing I like about angel food is that it is the perfect "pallette" for all sorts of colors and flavors. Also it is lower in sugar than other store bought cakes.

They sound so good. Can't wait to try the Fuzzy Parfait. I'm not sure what angel food cups are. I mean, sure, angel food cake in cupcake form or what? Are these something you can buy at the grocery? I think the closet thing we have are those yellow cake dessert "cups" used for strawberry shortcakes. Great recipes. Keep 'em coming.
