Some of the decent señoras do not even mention "huevos" at all. They call them "blanquillos" (little white things).

On orchiectomy
Interesting señor Friar Tuck! You might also find it interesting that there are also other words at a lower level than medical that are synonyms to the orchid for the way they lookl. In the Aztec language, the ahuacate (avocado) was used to convey the same meaning. In Tex-Mex "el huevo" (the egg) does the same, and a "capón" underwent orchiectomy.
