I would be too busy thinking of how pathetic he looked and wanting to laugh
to be able to feel very sexual about the experience.
But then again, I do not have children, and I have never liked babies, so that could contribute to my aversion.

well, I like it when the man takes the initiative too. It isn't always the woman's "job" to make sure sex is exciting and new. While I think your suggestions are a good start, I believe that forplay of the mind can be a wonderful beginning too. Then bring on the toys! Oh, did I say that?

I wish men would try to spice things up a bit sometimes. Why does it always have to be the woman trying so hard ... Sighhhh. i.e. Wouldn't it be wonderful if your man came home from work to spice YOU up a bit for a change? To kiss the back of your neck while your making dinner, turn the elements off and carry you off to bed .... Just my fantasy I suppose .... 
In all fairness, I agree with your entire post. I just think it is the job of both partners to keep things exciting ... I know I have no trouble in that department (I am a gemini after all ... I enjoy the challenge) ...
