If he wanted to LOWER his libido, he should have just cut out one, not both of them. If he wanted to avoid the problem altogether, he could have trimmed back the nearby offending appendage. Or he could have just joined a monastery. Or he could have just exercised some self-control and discipline. Oh, I forgot, those are out-dated concepts.
