I am diabetic too...
I find that if I drink lots of water or other non caloric drinks that I can have some sweets, like you said, in moderation. That's why I like the tapas type meals. You get little bites of everything and not too much of what you should not eat.

Umm, they sound really good, Goddess,
perhaps not best for my diabetes diet, but then, everything in moderation, right? I've found if I eat a lot of veggies, a LOT, I can add some other things that might otherwise not qualify. Thanks for the ideas.
