How very creative, how very sad. I lost a tine baby grand-daughter at 3 months of age, she was missing a chromozone.

I will write of great loves too in the future, I do search the depths of my mind and try to express it in words as much as possible.  Most of my art is created by thoughts and not experiences.  Only a few have been inspired by reality.

I apologize if I touched a place alittle to close to home but that is what happens when I write about some of the possiblities of reality with women that suffer loss....my point was of the woman grieving her child ... it is a reality I can only imagine because I have never experienced it.

It touched me!
The young daughter my wife and I lost to a murderer also loved stamps. Her collection has lain in our book case untouched for twenty years.

Thank you Electric....
It is a picture poem that is made up. Somewhat of how a woman could feel but of no one that I know at all.  I had once heard a combination of stories throughout the Ozark Mountains area and of a song by Garth Brooks that led me to this caption to write out.  Glad you liked it.
