Ready, Fire, Aim vs Not for Profit
Bill, phooey?! And I thought no one was reading this let alone addding it to their blogroll. Wow, my first entry into a blogroll (not just any blogroll but the Daily Pundit's blogroll) and it's already defunct! :-)
As for the name, I'm torn. I like both Ready, Fire, Aim and Not for Profit. R,F,A was reminding me too much of the dotcom days -- where it became the famous mantra of way too many startups that were off and running without knowing what they were doing -- but it's not so bad a phrase. It's definitely my attitude for many things in life.
NFP on the other hand means so many things to me -- my interest in nonprofits, my belief that business (the way I would do it) should not be exclusively for the pursuit of profit, and the fact that this blog is meant primarily for my own gratification. It is a way for me to document the interesting or wacky information [for instance, Ted Turner is the largest buffalo breeder. Huh?!], news, sites I come across on my addictive surfing on the Internet. Otherwise, all that I save (yes, I'm a digital packrat) seems to disappear into the black hole that's my hard disk. Y'know, I love the chronological organization of information on blogs!
So I don't know -- I could easily go either way. And damnit this is my blog and I can change its name every day if I wanted to. Hmmm, does anyone do that in a blog? Sorta like Geri's Today's Lunch but only the name.
So my wonderful and loyal (and regular, right?) raders, does anyone besides Bill have a preference? Or care?

Phooey
And I just added Ready, Fire, Aim (Which is a great title, by the way) to my blogroll.
