We will consider this. However, many members have stated that they enjoy the dynamic nature of the page, so there may not be a perfect solution.

For now, please note that the featured blogs are selected from the Top 100, which you can reach by clicking "More Top Blogs" on the home page. Of course, looking through the Top 100 is certainly not as straightforward as your suggestion.
