I dropped by your place, too-- I can see how you might see yourself in the role... We all try various strategies in the attempt to get our needs met in life, and I suspect that as souls, we are also here to find out what works and what doesn't. It sounds as if you came equipped with whatever you needed to try some of the ways that don't work, and not get trapped in them.

Like the difference between 'nice' and 'kind'. I just discovered your blog and I read the earlier post on vampires. In another life some might have called me a vampire.
