I'm familiar with it, thanks to repeats on the Sci-Fi channel. The guy's name is Kolchek or something like that. He wears the same suit and hat in every episode.

The Night Stalkers...
I didn't know they're a Marvel group. The label reminded me of a TV series years ago (entitled "Nightstalker") about a newspaper journalist who investigated matters that concerned vampires, werewolves, demons and the like.

I saw Blade Trinity, enjoyed it, but it wasn't as good as the previous two. I liked the allusion to the Nightstalkers, even though the dynamics were changed. In the Marvel Comics version, Hannibal King is the leader of the group and Blade is a supporting character. King is the vampire and Blade is just a normal guy (none of that daywalker nonsense) who loathes all vampires, including King. By the way, Buffy retired at the end of her series.
