Thanks for the advice. I have enough plants
to try several ways so I will take your advice. This is my first time for broccoli. The plants not only will make great food, but they will be great for the compost pile also.

Hi Saroo. You can cut it when you feel it's large enough.
Some like tender broccoli, so they cut it small, others like larger tougher broc, so let it go.
Sometimes it grows back, sometimes it doesn't. I usually cut "partially" from each plant, that way it grows back in different sections, keeping each plant growing.
