Good analogy, Ciel
We all should give as we are able, and take as we can.

Ciel
If only others could do this. It's easy for us to fall into the trap of believing our puzzle is the same as everyone else's, that the finished product (if it is ever truly finished) must look exactly like ours. When it doesn't, our first instinct isn't to alter our perception of the puzzle, but to "fix" theirs. If the pieces don't fit, force them. That's a shame. Like you, I'm more concerned with my own puzzle, the intense feelings of joy and accomplishment when the pieces fall into place, the amazement when I gather a piece from another, the wonder of discovering a piece of mine used by someone else. That is why we're here.

Ciel, nice analogy...I do the same thing. I read your piece on past lives,
and I, personally, don't agree with reincarnation.  I take the Christian perspective on that, based on the Bible which says that man is appointed only once to die, indicating one life and then the judgment.  But like you said, the thing to do is read, ignore or pass over those parts we disagree on and move on to those that click and make sense to us. Thanks again!
