Sounds like a tough job,
I'm glad Christmas is over too.  Job descriptions are never accurate.  Someone needs to write a book about that.  Take care and Happy New Year!

Beachbelle If I had to write a brief job description:

Be able to mathmatical calulations in your head, remember each number even while driving, remain self directed and unfluttered by a loud rowdy office,  fix and repair everything yourself and eat crow while charming your clients
