you've got a great point there!
I think many "diets" focus on just getting rid of fat and not really eating healthy. I am not one to do a text book diet, I was bulemic when I was younger so eating can still create "problems" for me if I don't watch myself, but I am aware that I am not at the weight I wish I was-I have to realize I won't ever be the skinny 90 lb girl of yesteryear, but I need to become comfortable with the weight I am as long as I am healthy.
