Get the address of the sex offender.....
The address is given on the sheriff's website, is it not? Be absolutely sure of the address; this is very important.
Next, get some poster board and magic markers and wood stakes. Make some signs that say "SEX OFFENDER LIVES HERE, KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY". Get them ready to go. Oh, and make sure you have a good hammer.
Then, some dark night with cloud cover or no moon, take the signs and quickly plant them on the sex offender's property, in a place that is not readily visible from the front door.
Then return home and sit back and watch the fun.

AbeLincoln I think you are right. It is at an epidemic level.
I have been being stalked by a preditor for a good portion of my life. More than half of it. I guess he is what one would consider a "lite" stalker. In that, I just so happen to bump into him everywhere. I don't know what to do about it aside from arming myself. The police can't do anything except recommend that I get a restraining order which involves WAY too much than I can deal with in my current mental state. I give up, what ever will be will be...uh oh, here comes my nihilistic pillow.

As per your last comment, and the one on my post, it's too bad I'm an averaged size woman and not a tall man. Might want to check the stats on sex offenders nationwide. It might be difficult to escape such a horrendous epidemic.

Well, the best you can do is educate your children about
not letting strangers touch them. You know? What about all the sexually offensive people right here on the Blogit? You can scream RAPE! and they just keep doing the same stuff. The only way to avoid a sex offender in this society is to keep your husband close at all times and never show your face on the web. This society is saturated with swine.

yes...it is pretty scarey. I dunno though, I just think about fate and say kay sir-rah sir-rah-Spanish for whatever will be will be. I am sure I am not spelling it right but you know what I mean. If you do decide to move
make sure that you check the new area ahead of time. Or you could join me here. I think I'm the only sex offender in this area for miles, but i'm not registered. At least you'd know where the offender was huh.

I am in SHOCK, too TOXIC! What a crazy world. I just want to know what you have to do to qualify for the higher risk catergories? And what crimes qualify one for a low risk sex offender? hmmmmmm... Scarey is right! Thanks for visiting

Scary, Isn't it!?
Hawaii no longer has a registered sex offenders website. It was deemed unconstitutional here. But back when we did have one I found out that there was a sex offender living just across the street from me. Scary-bo-berry! But I no longer live in that neighborhood. Though, come to think of it, there are probably a lot in this neighborhood too.
