Thanks but I'm only having a microwave now.
It does fine with cakes but not cookies.
I can't flip any tray in the micro.

You have two choices....if you use a two shelf oven, then you switch the shelf each tray is on halfway thru the baking time. Otherwise, you have one shelf in the center of the oven!

Cookies are trickier than cakes.
The underside cooks way too fast
before the top. How do you do it right?
