Ghee..I love spiced coffee too. I keep some on hand to make just so

Dave...the parafin has no taste and it helps keep the chocolate on the spoon. They use it to make chocolate covered candies.

great ideas...I do some of them myself
A few though I had not thought of.  The spiced coffee is a good one.
