My other half and I support each other's writing and art (his) but each of us must do other to keep the wolf from the door. Next year I am going to teach journalism for one day a week. I have never taught so it shoud be a learning experience and will give me material to write about (plus introduce me to some other males ;-).

Finding someone to support your writing is very special indeed. Believing in yourself is also important.

You're going to do it . . . you've got the stuff, man . . .

Don't ever let anyone tell you different.

I've played that CD so many times I can flip it over and listen to the music backwards for a change of pace when I want to.

Be.

Zach, I can hear the Twilight Zone theme superimposed...
on the bittersweet symphony of life... lol... I often leave the same disc in the stereo for hours... and just as that song started up again, I saw your comment...

Thanks for your words of support. Sometimes it just feels like it never ends, the cycle of working and making money but being dissatisfied and angry...

and then the 'quitting everything else to do what my heart desires', but dealing with the slowly creeping economic crunch...

Ah, the bitter sweet symphony of this life . . .

For whatever it might be worth, I support your writing too -- along with your other ventures. Such a hard chore it is for us to attempt to do the things we love in life without having to struggle for a while. Your time will definitely come, void. Definitely. Patience and persistence will surely get you there. Soon, she’ll have those things you wish for. In the meantime . . . persevere. A few years’ investment of hardship can breed a lifetime of ease if done right. My guess is you’re going to do it right.

Sometimes I just forget all that I have acomplished and remember only what still needs to be done...

As for the jewelry, I am working on getting some descent photos together and highlighting them online. I'm not sure how long this will take, but I hope in the the next month or so... see ya!
