Maybe so, beachbelle,
but Lisa Marie is adding a considerable amount of money to her bank account while owning a considerable chunk of the new corporation that will market Elvis in the future.  Besides, she kept Graceland and all that's in it, so she still has quite a bit of her daddy's possessions to remember him by, as do those Elvis fanatics lining up at the gates of Graceland.

I suppose in a way she doesn't need to have all the stuff associated
with him.
She has a link to him that is unique. I can imagine to that such a legacy would be a burden
