Why don't you sit at your computer and "ask" her that question...she might just answer you!

I was looking at this this and could see many directions it could go. For instance why was Clare so friendy. Was my character being played for the fool?

I don't put much energy into deciphering dreams but I do enjoy where they take me particularly some of the more romantic ones

I like dreams like this...
I usually end up picking them apart trying to find meaning or understanding, but it's awesome when you have a dream that you really want to write down. Thanks for sharing.

I feel sparked too right now. About time in my case. My dream happened in a city near where I just took my vacation. My setting for the novel in my head is in an exotic place where I want to spend some more time. Go for it..

So we should be taking these dreams seriously then? I want to travel to the place where the characters in my dream live..it's a 17 hour ferry ride from Vancouver Island and it's only accessible 4 or 5 months of the year. You know BB...you have me sparked again!

..that's awesome! You have to write it down..well I guess you did! :) I had a dream like that about 6 months ago and I decided to begin research for a story, based on the characters I dreamt about. Though I haven't written much, the characters are still as vivid to me as they were six months ago!

I agree with John, Beach. It wasn't just the actions that you've
described that made this story, although these also hit home with me, it was the way you told this. This is soft, sweet, and yet so compelling I was mesmerized by this. One of your best.

I had a dream not too long ago that will be the fodder for a story as well.

I love when that happens!
