Wow - you must have been skinny! I agree, most children burn off everything they eat - then the calories come back to haunt them in their thirties!

I weighed in at about
130 lbs when I graduated from high school and was pushing 6'. Ate like a horse, but it was all going into the hollow leg my mother swore I had. When children are active they don't have to worry so much about diet, their bodies will let them know what they need. It's when they are inactive or when we begin to age that we have to be a little more concerned about our diets.
