that's why for a time in high school, I joined a singing group just so that I can "extend" my carolling earnings. :)

Friar, my daughter used to go out with one family of children and sing
for a week. They made so much money, that it financed their Christmas purchases for the whole family each year. They did funny dances and entertained other ways and were very popular. My daughter loves remembering those days.
