hey, suo!!
Nice to see you; I took a day "off" yesterday, didn't do much Blogitting. hehe. We hang our lights via extension cords from the outdoor outlets (power points?), and we do the icicle lights, hung with a staple gun, though nails do the job as well. By night's end we should be the envy of all those for whom gawdiness is a virtue. Good stuff! Hope all is well, Survivor is on in an hour..

ISN

Alex looks adorable in her soccer uniform....and do do the other little ones! I was around here quite a lot yesterday.....but didn't see you at all.......guess you were too busy having a life?! We watched the Survivor 'not quite the last episode' last night, where Jules got the boot....but tonight is the BIG ONE....so don't you dare tell me who wins if you already saw it!

I would love some tips on how to hang christmas lights....it's not a big thing over here...so we are seriously handicapped when it comes to choice of lights and contraptions to help hold them up.....not to mention not enough power points and the cords are too short to reach far. Our attempts to annoy the neighbours with our pretty flashing lights in a couple of bushes are pretty dismal.....but then...I guess that makes for an even more annoying display as they walk past shaking their heads and thinking "They could at least pick a bush to light up that is attractive!". We can't help it if only the ugly bushes are close enough to windows with power points!
