This is Starting to Sound...

...uncomfortably like the situation in after Pearl Harbour when the US government rounded up Japanese-Americans and detained them in concentration camps - 'just in case'.

And Guantanamo Bay remains a source of deep shame and embarassment for every right-thinking person on the planet.
