I just embarrassed my kids as I have recounted in my latest blog. Friday I would not recommend...it's dul and rainy and the kids are a nightmare....well..,mine are anyway.
Yes, I had a giggle that Quirky really thought you were a dual identity. Has to get a sense of humour that one! LOL! I also had the revelation that Uni and Airforce were married...I was kind of shocked! And I felt like a pervert being a witness to their love declarations in their comments section.
I was always a little wary of YLF....some of her posts were a bit on the crazy side...but anyone who likes 'Bewitched' is OK by me! I also found out once again how naive I am. I read a beautiful poem by Gypsy about a flower blooming and took it literally, complimented her on it....then found out it had a hidden meaning! LOL! You will have to read it yourself....let her get a click.
I solved the one and only jumbled word and waited in vain for mock jeopardy or another clueless scramble....what is up with that Amazman...he should be on 24 hour duty!!
Oooh...written for so long...you might be gone...better send this and hope for a reply.

suomynona-
I had really thought we would be imposing, but since you have it all mapped out, we'll be on our way post haste! hehehe. Did you see in the Quiry Awards thingy after you wrote my name as a double identity, quirky thought I really was one! lol. I had to kind of explain that it was amazman's insanity, and not my double identity! In other blogging news, I found out that unicorn and e6airforce are married to each other, and You-Look_Fabulous is insane. Pity, really, i had enjoyed some of her stuff. ALSO, I managed to get myself stuck in my car today. But that's a whole other blog. hehehe. Hope tomorrow is good, let me know how Friday was so I can decide what to do!

It is hard isn't it?
I was up till 11pm lat night...I was sort of hoping I'd catch you when you woke up...before I went to bed....but tiredness overcame me! Then this morning I noticed if I'd managed 1 more hour, I would have at least been able to say 'hi!". Then...by the time I am up....you are getting your littlies off to a nap....or picking Alex up from Scool...or cooking dinner. Look....we have plenty of room here. Alex and Peyton can share with Halle, Taylor can share with Callum and you and your hubby can have Taylor's double bed in his room as he sleeps on a mattress in the family room anyway! I'll start getting it all ready!

I guess the push is towards year-round shcool now..
I went to a year-round school as well, I like not having three months off to do nothing. ... seriously, though, move to any place within a 8 hour time difference, this is difficult! lol.

Didn't you get those banana cake crumbs?
3 weeks is short holidays! My dearest friend who lives in canada has her children home for all of July and August!! Longer holidays than we have here! I thought the US did too. I thought that's how summer camps came about?

No...we don't have such things here yet. Anyway...we couldn't afford it....and I'd miss them. I adore the holidays....I couldn't wait for them to arrive. It's a break for me to from driving Taylor to the train at 7am, then getting Saxon & Callum to their school by 8am then taking Halle to hers by 8.30. Then the after school pick up, followed by, seasonally, cricket practice x 3, ballet x 6 lessons week, athletics training x 3, soccerx2, rugbyx1, cross countryx2, swimmingx3, basketballex2. To just waske up whenever and have a leisurely breakfast...and not have to have everything done ny 2.30 is bliss. It's just all this rain...a whole week! We needed it....but hey...the grass is green now thanks....so it's done my job for me!

It is still raining here. I am going out of my mind with the children all cooped up inside. We have already been to 2 movies, out to lunch, to visit Santa, and Christmas shopping. What else is there to do that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? ( I already spent my other arm and leg....so you can understand my concern....I'm still not quite used to the lop-sided gait yet....although after carrying babies on my hip for so long, I have a natural ability to do all jobs one handed.) I was hoping there woud be a jumbled word of a mock jeopardy game to amuse me.....but alas....all I can do is read very depressing stories...such as the one posted by Devilinme which has me feeling awful.
Oh well....guess I can always keep on top of tidying the house seeing as the children did such a good job yesterday. Hip Hooray! May see you later?

So that's what you were doing yesterday instead of playing 'mock jeopardy"? LOL!! I can just picture it. Thank goodness for those freaks though, because if they hadn't been there, you wouldn't have been able to write this post! What did the vet say about The Cat?
