Deficits
Beachbelle, thank you for your encouraging comments. The deficits are so large that they seem insurmountable. But I agree with you we have to keep on trying to overcome the shortfalls. Both the countries of the south and north have to play their part, in a globalized world, the deprivations in the south can also adversely impact those in the north. So, in a sense, we are all in it together.

There will always be shortfalls
but they should deter the efforts. I enjoyed you post about the heritage buildings also
