but I believe we all are directed by god in some way whether we think so or not -- and I have to admit I don't know the machinations of that "spirit world" enough to say definitely, as Bush did, that this is definitely "god" talking.

God speaks to me and directs me all the time
but the word "speak" is often used as language for the receipt of an inner directive. If and when God booms down at me in a loud external open voice, you can bet your bottom dollar that I'm calling Kooka.

God's never talked to me, but I'm pretty sure I heard Him sneeze once. I wasn't quite sure how to respond to it courteously.
