Yeah, they both are actually more common than most would think. Schizophrenia affects 1% of the population. Doesn't sound like much, but when you think 1 out of every 100 people, that's quite a lot.

Many with Schizophrenia also suffer from OCD. It just seems to go hand in
hand for some reason. Many without schizophrenia also suffer from OCD. It's more common actually than others realize.
