Straightforward
My father was a real work-a-holic, there was very little else that had any importance in his life than either his job, or all the neverending chores on our small farm. I learned to work from him, but I also learned to actively seek those times of doing nothing. The hardest part of doing nothing is figuring out when you're through.

right, I agree. A lot of people had long four-day holiday, very nice.

We all need a mixture of work, play and rest in our lives. It's fine to work hard, but using your energy in other aspects of life with the same effort is very healthy.
