telynor, what is binging? I think that I might have avoided binging myself!
Chilly days are here now anad I am wearing woolen hats at my work table, two pairs of socks, long underwear and a fleece neck scarf. Still have freezing fingers. Glad that your holidays were less stressful this year.

The kitties here are starting to creep under the covers too. It's chilly today, but not the terrible cold that we can get up here. We kept the holiday very simple and managed to get through it without binging. Very glad to hear about the cigarettes, you go abuelita!

Happy Thanksgiving. I'm happy you're having a go at quitting smoking, hang in there, it's tough but if I can do it anybody can do it.
It's been 18 months for me now, and there are blessings.
No more guilt for one, when I know I have friends dying of lung cancer, and other friends with allergies.
When you mention the depression I have to tell you that I find that the anti-depressant Wellbutrin has helped immensely with the no smoking too.
Happy Thanksgiving my friend,

Let's see..sharpen you knife and take your naprosyn...
Get the compartmented tray out. Lots of small Romaine leaves, like scoops; compartments with fresh mild pico de gallo, diced Mexican avacados, sliced olives, chopped celery, diced jicama soaked in sugar water beforehand. Little seperate bowls of small-cubed cheeses and maybe beef kosher salami on the side. Sliced jalapenos or diced poblanos? Finely sliced green onion ?Diced smoked turkey?Little bowls of balsamic vinaigerette or sweet vinaigerette with a little chili in it?
And, of course, cranberry sauce.
