I have many friends and family who are yankees fans. I have always been the loser so I am reveling in my newfound glory now! No one can call me a frontrunner at least my second favorite football team is the J-E-T-S jets jets jets! I'm a sucker for the underdog! Fly Eagles fly on the road to victory... :-)

I actually like a Sox fan! Well, actually two of them on here, as Scoop (news and politics) is one too! See what blogging has done? Expanded my mentality. I'm such a hard-nosed Yanks fan, I travel to their games in other states. Own a Yankees dress! Have made it clear to my kids that I want to be buried in it. Steinbrenner is one man I love to hate and I blame him for all losses. LOL

My son is the yankees fan. He has cousins in NY so they are his team. MY team just won the world series!!! Can't be a Phillies fan because they make it too hard to like them. I'm just sad that after all those years my Sox finally won a series and Terry Francona was their manager. It is hard not to root for George Steinbrenner though. You have to love that win at all cost mentality. I think that Jeff Lurie is finally learning.
