 I can say .. that taking that medicine .. wasn't best for the conditions I already had.... and .. the attorney wants .. 33 1/3 . Is this a normal  thing ? He is the first to make litigations against merk ... it is a class action suit.  What is your opinion on that??

By all means proceed!

Make sure you have a good deal with your attorney. They will try to eat up all they can from your money. Also, be fair in your dealings with everyone. If you know you had a few problems before taking the drug take that into consideration. Just be open and honest and you will come out fine.

Canine~~~

as you can read in my pissed blog .. My sufferings...      I have been off the medicine for a month now .. and still I have problems .. so .. I will get medical attention .. first .. and then make a decision....One problem is the doctors here always say .. it is something .. it isn't .. I don't trust these damn docs....

If you were hurt by it, then yes you should proceed. Only you can decide that.

Make sure the attorney is the very best. Make a deal on his costs- attorneys have a way of eating up the settlement in the percentage and the costs. All things are negotiable
