What entitles us to even a share of Iraqi oil? Isn't it theirs?

You are correct, Sir ex,

but one must try.

I agree with you saul relative, but I doubt it does any good to make
a rational rebuttal to such a point as made by the first commenter. Anyone who believes we invaded Iraq to kill Iraqis and steal oil (sure we want a share of it, but steal?!) is unlikely to be swayed by reason.

Look,

the only people deserving of death in Iraq are those complicit sonofabitches who killed thousands upon thousands of Kurds and political prisoners within the Iraqi prison system.  Oh, yeah, and any of those so-called insurgents who happen to be trained murderers and terrorists, especially those from other nations who just crossed the border to kill Americans and Westerners.  The average citizen of Iraq, the insurgents and rebels who are but defending themselves and their land, the Coalition forces doing their sworn duty (which you may not agree with, but they took an oath to follow orders from their military leaders and the president, however misguided the latter may be) -- none of these people deserve to die.  Situations in Iraq may demand that they do, and you may not agree with the situations and circumstances that led the current state of affairs in Iraq, but stating that soldiers in Iraq (the invaders) deserve to die is not only callous but incredibly ill-conceived and narrow-minded.

Americans in Iraq deserve to die for illegally invading a foreign country to kill its inhabitants and steal their oil.
